Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 October 2026
1. Provider
Thread Turbo is offered by Mariona Casadevall Bayà (see Legal notice).
2. Licence
The free versions may be used at no cost. A Pro purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Pro features: for a subscription, during the paid period; for a lifetime or one-time purchase, for the lifetime of the product.
3. Purchase and reseller
Pro is sold through Stripe acting as merchant of record (Stripe Managed Payments). Stripe is the seller of record and its checkout terms apply to the transaction, including taxes, invoices and refunds processing.
4. Right of withdrawal (EU)
EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Because Pro is digital content supplied immediately, at checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery begins.
Voluntary 14-day refund
Independently of the above, we offer a no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of purchase for lifetime licenses and for the first payment of a monthly subscription. To request one, email threadturbo.app@gmail.com from, or quoting, the email address used for the order. Refunds are issued through Stripe (via Link), which acts as merchant of record, to the original payment method. Refunded license keys are deactivated in the next extension update.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and Pro stays active until then. After the 14-day window, no refunds are given for partial months. This voluntary policy does not limit any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
5. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
6. Third-party sites
The extensions work with third-party websites (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) that may change at any time. We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic or Google. We will make reasonable efforts to keep compatibility but cannot guarantee it.
7. Liability
The software is provided with care but without guarantee of fitness for any particular purpose. Statutory consumer rights, including liability for intent and gross negligence, are unaffected.
8. Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence still applies. EU online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
